Simon is a passionate technologist, architect and solution builder who thrives on solving complex business challenges through innovative software solutions. He has extensive experience in fintech, having led the Product Architecture team at Icon Solutions to create a collaborative payments platform, IPF: a low-code, open-source technology platform to accelerate payments transformation. Through a career spanning more than 20 years, Simon has worked across many domains and held lead architect positions on major transformation programmes at top tier banking clients including HSBC, Lloyds and Worldpay. He stays informed through an eclectic stream of tweets, articles and podcasts from people he admires. In his free time, he loves the great outdoors plus adventures with his wife and young family.
