How secure is my data?

Impactive’s infrastructure is designed with layers of protection to help ensure your data is secure while transmitted, stored, or processed. Protections include encryption, least privilege access and secure by design. We leverage the strong security of our cloud partners Mongo DB Atlas and AWS. 

Can I control how the data is used in my firm?

Impactive provides in-product admin controls, with role-based access controls and audited user actions. This allows admins to maintain the quality and control of data inputs.

How do I upload my portfolio holdings?

This can be done manually by uploading your holdings data using our in-built template. It takes seconds and will pull up related market data from an API. Alternatively, an automated holdings upload for any number of funds can be established. Our on-boarding team can help you set this up once you join.

Can you create bespoke features for my firm?

We recognise that one size doesn’t always fit all, which is why we created a flexible system that can be extended and customised for each customer as part of an enterprise license agreement. Bespoke features are chargeable costs.

What kind of customer support do you provide?

Impactive is committed to providing customers with a seamless experience. Once you join, you will have access to our online and phone support. For enterprise customers, we can provide a more tailored support package.

How much does it cost?

Our mission is to make the platform as widely used by teams as possible. We believe that the more people that use the platform, the more inputs will be created and higher quality information is surfaced across the whole organisation (although this can be configured for Chinese walls reasons). We therefore provide competitive packages that cater for different-sized organisations. We’re happy to provide pricing information – just contact us for a chat.

What happens to my data if I don’t renew my subscription?

In the unlikely event that you don’t love the platform, all data that is recorded in the system belongs to you and can be easily extracted in an Excel format.
